VUSA Mkhaya's fans will have to wait a little longer after it was announced earlier today that his much awaited music show has been cancelled due to unspecified reasons, BANO can reveal.
The show was scheduled for Thursday 28 September 2023, at Intwasa Arts Festival koBulawayo 2023 which kicked off on Monday.
Dubbed "Vusa Mkhaya Experience", the show was set to be held at the National Art Gallery in Bulawayo and tickets were going for US$10.
"Intwasa Arts Festival koBulawayo regrets to inform the stakeholders of the festival particularly the Vusa Mkhaya fans that the Vusa Mkhaya Experience music show which was scheduled to take place on Thursday, the 28th of September 2023 at the National Gallery in Bulawayo has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances".
Mkhaya's Show was replaced with another music show which is set to feature Ramsey K, Smart Birds, Adrian Kapaten, Simz Masuku and Reillo Viekk, no entrance fee for this one.
"To our valued clients who had purchased advance tickets to the show, kindly note you have the option to claim a refund or transfer the ticket to a different show which is on the festival line up".
Intwasa Arts Festival koBulawayo is an annual platform that celebrates the diversity of human cultures and creation in the following disciplines: music, film, spoken word, theatre, dance, literary arts, fashion and crafts.The festival takes place every September in Zimbabwe’s second biggest city, Bulawayo.This year's Festival is going under the theme "Imagine it!Experience it! and will run till September, 30.
