Acclaimed musician Vuyo Brown has officially announced the release of her highly anticipated new album, scheduled to drop in June 2026, according to a press statement released this week.
The upcoming project marks a major milestone in the award-winning singer’s career, as it will be her second full-length album in eight years, following her debut release in 2018.
In a press statement seen by this publication, Brown expressed enthusiasm about the forthcoming release, describing it as a transformative musical offering.
“I am excited to announce the upcoming release of my new album. This one will be a huge treat for avid Vuyo Brown music followers. This album is a journey through the many colours of my musical identity, purposefully knitted together to shift realities,” she said.
The Bulawayo-born vocalist first made her mark on the music scene with her debut album, which featured notable songs such as NdiJesu and Runyararo. She later maintained her musical presence through singles and an EP released in 2023 titled Piece, which included Alrighty.
