"To the dedicated mothers who tirelessly nurture our families, the fathers who provide strength and guidance, our revered church leaders and residents association leaders who guide us in faith and community matters, the university students whose dreams we nurture, the business persons who drive our economy, the vendors who tirelessly trade on our streets, and the arts organizations that color our culture - I extend my deepest gratitude. You are the lifeblood of Nkulumane, and under my leadership, your voices will be heard, your concerns addressed, and your dreams realized"
"I pledge to be a humble servant of the people, a representative who will listen to everyone, regardless of gender, race, creed, or political affiliation," said Moyo
