THE High Court of Zimbabwe Commercial Division has dismissed the Zimbabwe Music Rights Association(ZIMURA) ex-Board member, Philip Chipfumbu's application heard under Case No: HCHC482/23 where he was seeking to have the current board suspended and arrested for what he alledged was abuse of musicians' money, and other fraud allegations.
The developments were revealed by the ZIMURA Director of Information and Publicity Alexio Gwenzi in a Statement.
