THE 64th edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair(ZITF)'s official opening ceremony that was scheduled for this Friday has been moved to Saturday at 10am after Kenyan president William Ruto failed to travel to Zimbabwe because of unpredictable weather in East Africa.
The development was confirmed by the ZITF entity board Chairman Busisa Moyo.
"The President of the Republic of Kenya, His Excellency President Dr William Kipchirchir Samoei Arap Ruto will be the guest of honor and will officiate the opening of the show.He will be accompanied by the President of the Republic Zimbabwe and patron of ZITF, His Excellency Dr Emmerson D. Mnangagwa," he said.
Tomorrow, President Dr Emmerson Mnangagwa will tour stands, and the Chairman's luncheon will follow thereafter as scheduled.
