The recent dismissal of Dynamos head coach Herbert Maruwa has brought division among the Glamour boys family with fans fuming that the dismissal was unfair.
Speaking during an interview the Dynamos Vice Chairman Vincent Chawonza justified the move and highlighted that head coach struggled to meet the ultimatum set by the board.
"Mixed fortunes at the club, there was a lot of inconsistency we agreed that we need to win our next five games starting with Hwange and the target failed with the first game which was the recent game against Hwange at Barbourfields".
"We do have a performance review conducted by the human capital committee and its constituted by the whole technical team and ideas we get them from the technical team as well", said Dynamos vice chairman Chawonza.
Dynamos fans also aired their different views towards the sudden decision to dismiss coach Herbert Maruwa.
"I'm really confused by the board because I don't see anything wrong so far our team is on the right track just 9 points behind leaders with many games to go, I feel this was unfair", he said.
"Arsenal led by a whole 15 points but was eventually caught by Manchester City towards the end of the season but look at Dynamos board they were impatient towards a man who was building a strong team"said one of the Dynamos fans.
Currently in fourth position Dynamos has 7 wins, 8 draws, 3 defeats, scored 22 goals and conceded 8 in 18 matches.
However Genesis 'Kaka' Mangombe takes over as interim coach until Dynamos finds a suitable candidate to fill up for the Head Coach role.
